A 4-Week Diagnostic Assessment for Year 5 Students
No sales pitch. We break it down, show you how it works, and answer every question you have.
Our engine scans every answer across Reading, Math, Thinking Skills, and Writing — mapping your child's cognition against Bloom's 6 Thinking Levels to find the exact boundary where learning breaks down.
After 4 weeks, you receive a comprehensive diagnostic report showing strengths, weaknesses, thinking level by subject, and a clear recommendation on readiness and timing.
Not every child is ready at the same time. This assessment tells you exactly when your child should start serious preparation — and what to focus on first.
Current PEN students and external students welcome. No prior enrolment required. This is a standalone diagnostic — no commitment, no pressure.
Covers all 4 components of the NSW Selective test: Reading, Mathematical Reasoning, Thinking Skills, and Writing. Real exam conditions.
Yes. The 4-week trial assessment is completely free for both current PEN students and external students. No payment, no card required.
You receive a full diagnostic report. Based on the results, we'll recommend whether your child should join now, later, or focus on specific areas first. No obligation to enrol.
No. This is open to all Year 5 students. External students are welcome.
A practice test gives you a score. Our diagnostic gives you a map — which thinking levels your child has mastered, where the boundary is, and exactly what needs fixing. Over 4 weeks, we track progression, not just a snapshot.
The trial runs during our regular session times over 4 weeks. We'll confirm the exact schedule when you register.
